  • Declared profession
  • Date and time of publication

Communication data:

  • Email communications with Acompanantes Argentina
  • History of inquiries and complaints

Membership data:

  • Acompanantes Argentina does NOT store credit card, debit card, or payment method data
  • Payments are processed through encrypted third-party providers
  • We only store transaction references (without identity linkage)

B) Visitor Data

  • Selected language
  • Strictly necessary cookies for Site functionality (see section 8)
  • Acompanantes Argentina does NOT collect IP addresses, device identifiers, browser information, or activity logs of anonymous visitors

  • Verification: Verify the identity and legal age of the Advertiser before and during ad validity
  • Publication: Publish and manage the contracted advertisement
  • Administration: Manage membership payments and issue operational communications
  • Support: Handle inquiries, complaints, and claims
  • Legal compliance: Comply with legal obligations from legitimate judicial or police requests
  • Crime prevention: Prevent, detect, and investigate criminally sanctionable conduct described in the Terms and Conditions

What we do NOT do:

  • We do NOT use your data for third-party advertising
  • We do NOT create commercial profiles based on your information
  • We do NOT sell data to data brokers
  • We do NOT share information with marketing companies

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing your data is based on:

  • Express consent: Given upon registration and acceptance of this Policy and the Terms and Conditions (Arts. 5 and 7 of Law 25.326)
  • Contract execution: The advertising contract between the Advertiser and Acompanantes Argentina
  • Legal obligations: Cooperation with authorities, crime prevention
  • Legitimate interest: Ensuring Site security and preventing unlawful conduct (Art. 5, subsection 2 of Law 25.326)

Consent withdrawal: You may withdraw consent at any time in accordance with section 10, without retroactive effect on processing already carried out.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

6. Who Has Access to Your Data

Access to personal data is limited to:

Internal Acompanantes Argentina Personnel

  • Only authorized personnel, subject to contractual duty of confidentiality
  • Access restricted to information necessary for their functions

Technology Providers (Data Processors)

Strictly necessary providers for Site operation:

  • Hosting and servers
  • Email services
  • Payment processors

These act as “Data Processors” under Art. 25 of Law 25.326 and are contractually bound to confidentiality, exclusive use for the agreed purpose, and data protection.

Judicial and Police Authorities

  • Exclusively upon formal and legitimate request (court orders, digital raids)
  • We notify the data subject when law permits

Competent Authorities (Without Prior Request)

In specific cases, we are legally required to inform without prior request:

  • Crimes against minors (Law 26.061)
  • Human trafficking (Law 26.842)
  • Sexual exploitation crimes

We never sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

7. International Transfers

Some technology providers may be located outside Argentina:

Transfers to Countries with Adequate Protection

Transfers to countries with adequate protection level (e.g., European Union, United Kingdom) require no additional authorization.

Transfers to Other Countries

Transfers to countries without adequate protection are conducted:

  • Based on data subject’s consent
  • Through contractual clauses ensuring equivalent protection to Law 25.326
  • In accordance with AAIP Provision 60/2016

11. How to Exercise Your Rights

  • Initiate the habeas data action under Art. 43 of the National Constitution and Arts. 33 et seq. of Law 25.326

Acompanantes Argentina is an adult site for those 18 years and older. We do not process personal data of minors under any circumstances.

If we detect data from a minor:

  • We delete it immediately
  • We notify competent authorities
  • We proceed per child safety protocol
