  • We only store transaction references (without identity linkage)

  • Legal compliance: Comply with legal obligations from legitimate judicial or police requests
  • Crime prevention: Prevent, detect, and investigate criminally sanctionable conduct described in the Terms and Conditions

What we do NOT do:

  • We do NOT use your data for third-party advertising
  • We do NOT create commercial profiles based on your information
  • We do NOT sell data to data brokers
  • We do NOT share information with marketing companies

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing your data is based on:

  • Express consent: Given upon registration and acceptance of this Policy and the Terms and Conditions (Arts. 5 and 7 of Law 25.326)
  • Contract execution: The advertising contract between the Advertiser and Acompanantes Argentina
  • Legal obligations: Cooperation with authorities, crime prevention
  • Legitimate interest: Ensuring Site security and preventing unlawful conduct (Art. 5, subsection 2 of Law 25.326)

Consent withdrawal: You may withdraw consent at any time in accordance with section 10, without retroactive effect on processing already carried out.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

6. Who Has Access to Your Data

Access to personal data is limited to:

Internal Acompanantes Argentina Personnel

  • Only authorized personnel, subject to contractual duty of confidentiality
  • Access restricted to information necessary for their functions

Technology Providers (Data Processors)

Strictly necessary providers for Site operation:

  • Hosting and servers
  • Email services
  • Payment processors

These act as “Data Processors” under Art. 25 of Law 25.326 and are contractually bound to confidentiality, exclusive use for the agreed purpose, and data protection.

Judicial and Police Authorities

  • Exclusively upon formal and legitimate request (court orders, digital raids)
  • We notify the data subject when law permits

Competent Authorities (Without Prior Request)

In specific cases, we are legally required to inform without prior request:
